Fees and Billing

We offer a choice of plans to match the number of hours you anticipate needing for your web site's support over the course of a fiscal year. When you choose one of these plans, hours are reserved each month to enable us to fulfill your support requests promptly and efficiently.

Support & Maintenance Plans:

$500 ~5.50 hours 

$1000 ~11.00 hours           

$2500 ~27.75 hours 

$5000 ~55.50 hours

Additional option - pay by the hour:

This option is an alternative if your department is not able to commit to a plan but may need periodic support throughout the year.

  1. An account number will need to be provided at the time of each request. The standard fee is $90 per hour.
  2. With this option support resources are not reserved. Depending on our workload we may not be able to respond to your request within our standard 1-2 business day response time.
  3. We might have to reach out to outside resources for assistance to process the request in a timely manner.
  4. Please note that even small requests incur costs for analysis, design/development, testing and project administration. This option incurs a higher cost to process the request.

Billing

Support plans are billed at the start of the fiscal year (July 1) or as soon as a Support Service Agreement is signed. If your department needs to make different arrangements for monthly or quarterly payments please contact Shannon Osburn (sml34) to discuss the details.
