Mailing List (systems-users-L )
The systems-users-L mailing list is used to provide information of interest to clients who have a managed server in the CIT Server Farm. Examples of messages from this mailing list are the Systems Support newsletter and maintenance patch updates. To subscribe to the systems-users-L mailing list, send the command: join to systems-users-L-request@cornell.edu.
NOCDocs
The Network Operations Center (NOC) maintains a wiki site for documentation including on-call lists and lists of what resources are on each server. Clients who have a managed server in the CIT Server Farm may request access to NOCDocs. To request access to the NOCdocs site, send an email to noc@cornell.edu.
Training
CIT offers training courses in topics of interest to Systems Support clients. The course catalog is available online.
