Troubleshooting the Server Farm VPN Connection

Configuring the Symantec Client Firewall

  1. In the Task Bar, double-click the Symantec Client Firewall icon.

  2. Click Options.

    Click Options

  3. Click the Protocol Filtering tab, and then click the box next to 47 GRE General Routing Encapsulation. Click OK.

  4. Close the Symantec Client Firewall window.
