Setting up a Server Farm VPN Connection Using Mac OS X

  1. In a Finder window, from the Go menu, select Applications, and then double-click Internet Connect.
  2. Click VPN.
  3. Select PPT, and then click Continue.
  4. Click Configuration, and then select Edit Configurations....
  5. EULA

  6. In the Configuration window, enter the following information:
    • In the Description box, enter ServerFarm VPN.
    • In the Server Address box, enter serverfarmvpn.cit.cornell.edu.
    • In the Account Name box, enter your NetID followed by @ServerFarmVPN, for example, ewe2@ServerFarmVPN.
    • Select Use Password, and then enter your CITSTAFF password. This is different than your NetID password.
  7. Click OK.
  8. In the VPN window, click Connect.
  9. To disconnect your Server Farm VPN connection, click, Disconnect.

Connecting to the Server Farm VPN Using Mac OS X

  3. In the VPN window, click Connect.
  4. To disconnect your Server Farm VPN connection, click, Disconnect.
