Server Registration Form Help Page
GENERAL INFORMATION

Server Name:

This is the short version of the registered server name. If the server is not registered with the Hostmaster, the Server Name should be a reasonably short, unique name. If the server is registered, then the Server Name is the most significant portion of the registered name. For example, if the registered name is SMITH.cit.cornell.edu then SMITH becomes the Server Name. |

This is a short explanation of what the server is going to be used for. |

If the department is CIT, indicate appropriate division - S&O, I&D, etc. |

Name of the person administrating the server |

Billing Account: |
Note: the object code will always be 6510. If more than one account will be charged, please use the comments field to indicate the accounts and percentage each should be billed. |
