To report problems with your telephone, call the Service Center
for your residence hall (not ResPhone). You will need to report:
- telephone number for repair
- jack ID (written on the jack)
- room number
- contact person in the room
- description of the problem
Repair service for university telephones is provided at no charge,
except in the case of abused equipment.
Students are responsible for repairs to their own personal equipment.
