If you are having difficulties with ResNet, please see refer to the instructions on How to Connect to the Wired Network, in particular the section on how to Resolve Connection Issues.  Please also check our Frequently Asked Questions page for additional information regarding ResNet and commonly-asked questions. If these sources do not answer your question, personal support is available from the CIT Contact Center HelpDesk in 119 CCC (on the Ag Quad) and reachable by phone at (607) 255-8990 or by e-mail at HelpDesk@cornell.edu.

If you believe that the difficulties you are encountering are related to system-wide operations (for example, if everyone on your floor is experiencing a service outage or other unusual performance issue), you can check the Current Status of CIT Services page to see if any issues have already been reported and are being worked on.
