RedRover is Cornell's Wi-Fi service. Using RedRover, you can connect a computer or portable electronic device with Wi-Fi capability to the Internet. Two RedRover services are available on campus.

RedRover-Secure is recommended and is required for certain types of systems and data. University IT Policy 5.10, The Security of Electronic University Administrative Information interim policy states: "Any system holding or accessing confidential (level 1) information that uses a campus wireless connection must use RedRover-Secure, or a departmental wireless network with equivalent or stronger security (authentication required, encrypted transmission)."  Read more
