Services

To use RedRover-Secure, you need to have two security certificates installed:

• Thawte Premium Server CA
• Equifax Secure Certificate Authority

Check for Installed Security Certificates

1. Click Start, then select Connect To, Wireless Network Connections.

   

2. Click RedRover-Secure once to highlight it, then from the menu on the left click Change Advanced Settings.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the Wireless Networks tab.
4. In the Preferred Networks list, click RedRover-Secure, then click Properties.
5. Click the Authentication tab.
6. Under EAP type, click Properties.
   
   
   
   
7. Click Configure.
   
   
   
   
8. Click the Certificates tab.
   
   
   
   
9. If you don't see both the Equifax Secure Certificate Authority and the Thawte Premium Server CA certificate, follow the steps to install the security certificates.

   

10. Click Cancel to close all the dialog boxes.

If you are still having problems with your connection, make sure Windows is managing your Wi-Fi connection.
