How to Check for Installed Security Certificates in Macintosh OS X

To use RedRover-Secure, you need to have two security certificates installed:

  • Thawte Premium Server CA
  • Equifax Secure Certificate Authority

Check for Installed Security Certificates

  1. In the Finder, click the Go menu, then click Applications.

  2. Double-click Utilities.

  3. Double-click Keychain Access.

  4. Click Certificates.

  5. If you don't see both the Equifax Secure Certificate Authority and the Thawte Premium Server CA certificate, follow the steps to install the security certificates.

  6. Quit the Keychain Access program.
