RedRover-Secure are (check the map).
The network name (SSID) is "RedRover-Guest".

You are about to enter the Cornell University guest wireless
data networking system.
Cornell University
Information Technology policy governs network use, including
monitoring for the maintenance of operations, and obliges users to adhere to
all applicable policies and laws, including fraud and abuse of network systems
and copyright infringement.
The Cornell University guest wireless network is a limited wireless data network
provided for guests of the university. No username or password is required.
Please note:
- The guest wireless network does not deliver full Internet access and is
engineered to provide a limited service suite to guests.
- The guest wireless network is not secure -- guests should assume all use
can be monitored by unauthorized parties.
- Cornell University reserves the
right to terminate connections to the guest wireless network at any time
without notification.
- Support is limited to verifying whether the guest
wireless network is currently operational, which can be done by calling
255-9900.
- Current members of the Cornell University community can access full
Internet services by connecting to the RedRover wireless
network using their university-issued NetID and password. Access to the "RedRover-Guest" SSID is restricted from registered MAC addresses.
