dial-up (adj.), dial up (v.) Note that the adjective is now hyphenated, in keeping with Microsoft standards.

drop-down (adj.) preferred over pop-up or pulldown

e-mail Not email, E-mail, or Email.

Ethernet Capitalized because it is a trademarked product.

CIT Contact Center (HelpDesk) We're transitioning away from "HelpDesk."

NetID, NetIDs abbreviation of Network ID

Net-Print Note the hyphen in between.

offline/online No hyphen.

technology support provider

web Note that most style authorities are still using "Web."
