Remember that if your long distance call is for personal reasons rather than for business, you must pay for it at the time you make the call. (This does not apply to ResPhone users.)
Billing
Most billing will go through your department.
- Collect calls to your office phone
Most office phones can receive collect calls. You may accept or decline the call depending on your department's policy. Collect calls will be billed to your campus phone. - Billing Questions
If you have questions about your phone bill, call the CIT Billing Office from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
