Telephone Services for Faculty and Staff

Faculty and staff campus telephone services are provided by Network and Communication Services (NCS), a part of Cornell Information Technologies (CIT). For student telephone services in the residence halls, see the Residence Hall Student Telephone Services (ResPhone) page.

Staff and faculty work through department-based telecommunications coordinators for telephones and related services such as voice mail and calling cards. If you don't know who your telecommunications coordinator is, ask the administrative assistant for your unit. Discuss needed telecommunications services with your telecommunications coordinator and report problems through this individual. If you don't have a telecommunications coordinator or can't determine who it is, contact NCS.
