NOC AUDIX Notification List
CIT has established a system to notify support providers and other stakeholders of significant downtime and system outages that will have a major impact on users. The system utilizes the AUDIX "List" feature. CIT will record an AUDIX message explaining the problem, and the message will automatically be distributed to the AUDIX voice mailboxes of everyone on the list. Since there is a limit to the number of people who can be subscribed, we ask that units select one individual who would be willing to receive the messages and notify other interested parties within the unit. If you are interested in being subscribed to the AUDIX list, please send the following information to CIT-downtime-mailbox@cornell.edu

- Your title
- The department you'll be representing
- Your NetID
- Your telephone extension (you must have AUDIX to receive these notifications)
