CIT Supported
The HelpDesk provides front-line technical support for established CIT products and services. It is also a universal point of contact for members of the Cornell community who need help finding information or services in CIT. The HelpDesk can be contacted via e-mail at helpdesk@cornell.edu or via telephone at 607-255-8990.
The HelpDesk provides access management support for NetIDs and ApplicantIDs. Over 200,000 Cornell faculty, staff, students, and alumni are eligible to use Cornell NetIDs. Each year over 30,000 applicants to Cornell use ApplicantIDs.
