EZ-Print Printer request

This online request form is used to add a new printer to the EZ-Print service.

Important considerations for setting up one of your printers to use the EZ-Print service:

  1. Your printer must be configured to run the LPR protocol.
  2. If you have a local firewall or ACL (Access Control List) on your network, be sure these EZ-Print Application ports and protocols are open for this service. See: Servers and Ports Used by Cornell Services
  3. For security purposes, please consider placing your networked printers in private address space such as the 10-space network associated with each subnet on campus. For more information on this, please see: 10-Space IP Addressing at Cornell

Desired EZ-Print printer name: (maximum of 8 characters)
This is the name you will use to send printouts to this printer.
On CornellC, for example, this name goes after the prt= parameter on the TAG command.
If the name you choose is already in use, you will be asked to choose another name.
Tip: It's helpful to use your department or building name and room number, e.g. chem122
