Additional consulting support is provided by e-mail. Users who have attended Brio Insight training should have been automatically subscribed to the BRIO-L maillist. BRIO-L is open to posting by owners, only; its use is intended to make general announcements to Brio Insight users on things like the status of the server.

Questions about ADW-specific issues should be sent to the maillist (you can use the question submission form below). Data- or business-related questions will be answered by the appropriate data experts; technical questions will be answered by CIT. This maillist is open to all Payroll Data Mart users, and Budget Data Mart users.

Please Note!

If you are reporting a data mart error, in order to help us diagnose the problems more quickly, and as a result, get you answers and fixes more quickly, please be explicit in describing the error.

For example, saying...
"What happened to the employee table?"
... is less effective than saying:
"When I try to query the payroll.employee table in production, I get the error: 272: I-NET#-272: No SELECT permission."
