Cancelling Your CUTV Subscription

ResNet Subscribers

To cancel your CUTV subscription, please pack all of your equipment and take it to your assigned service center, Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

To receive a refund of your security deposit, you MUST return ALL equipment components in working condition when you cancel your service.

  • For computer subscribers ($45 security deposit), this includes the USB Security Device and USB extension cable.

  • For television subscribers, ($150 security deposit), this includes the Set Top Box (and stand), SmartCard, remote control, cords (power and audio/video cable), and all pieces included in the cardboard box, INCLUDING THE BOX ITSELF.

Assuming that all pieces are returned in working condition, you'll get a receipt that indicates your Bursar account will be credited for the security deposit.

Please note: If you stop your service and attempt to re-subscribe within 45 days, you will incur a $45 re-activation fee.
