Creating & Viewing Online Reports

In addition to the individual CIT Services Report, there are a number of other reports available to help manage voice and data services. (What services are included?)

In order for you to see these reports, the appropriate person in your unit will need to grant you access. Access can be granted in any or all of three categories:

  • Confidential Calling Codes, which gives you access to the Subscriber PBN/Acct Code/Calling Card Report
  • Long Distance, which gives you access to the Faculty/Staff Communications Charges Report
  • CIT Service Charges, which gives you access to the:
  • Services Verification Report
  • Subscriber Summary Report
  • Department Totals Report
  • Export Format: Subscriber/Service Summary & Totals Report (formatted for Excel)

Contact your unit's finance or accounting office to discuss changes in your access to various reports for various accounts.

 

Getting Started

  1. Use your browser to visit uportal.cornell.edu
  2. On the Bear Access tab, in the My Accounts folder, click on Telephone & Network Bills & Reports.

  3. At the upper-right, click on My Bills & Reports.
  4. You will see two tabs: Reporting and Outputs. Click on Reporting.

    (If you see only an Outputs tab, it means you have not been granted viewing rights. Please contact your unit’s finance or accounting office.)

Side note:

You'll find your individual bill on the All Outputs tab - it's called Staff/Faculty Communication Charges for Month Year

Be sure to log out when you are finished to prevent someone else from accessing your sensitive information. To log out, either click the Logout link on the right side of the browser window, near the top, or close all browser windows.
