cit contact center (aliases: customer service, help desk)
The CIT Contact Center provides local, person-to-person technical support for many CIT services. It also handles general inquiries about computer technologies used at Cornell, and about CIT as an organization. It is staffed by highly trained Cornell students as well as professional, full-time employees.
The CIT Contact Center’s services are available by phone, e-mail, and walk-in appointment at no charge to the Cornell community
