Windows XP is the operating environment supported by CIT's Contact Center. CIT only supports versions of Windows that are fully supported by Microsoft. Microsoft has announced they will continue to provide security fixes for Windows2000, but general support has ended. Windows 95, 98, and Me are no longer supported by Microsoft.
