phone service & repair

CIT fulfills service and repair requests for university-owned phones located in residence halls and campus buildings, as well as Blue Light phones. Repair service for university telephones is provided at no charge except in the case of abused equipment.

Students: Problems with the telephone in a residence hall room should be reported to the Service Center for the residence hall.

Faculty and staff: Requests for new connections, changes in service, or repair should be given to the telecommunications coordinator or network administrator in the department or unit.
