vm (alias: virtual machine)

VM is a mainframe operating system that provides interactive access to administrative applications, mainly via 3270 terminal sessions. Some VM-based administrative applications are accessible via web browser, for example, parts of the Purchasing and Budget systems, and the Finance Payment Request system.

VM also supports EZ-Print.

Note: Access to the mainframe requries a login and password that is independent of the individual's Cornell NetID and password.
