NAV prompts for CD
Problem: You are prompted to insert the Norton AntiVirus CD while attempting to use LiveUpdate or upon reboot after installation
Solution: This means that at some point, Norton AntiVirus was run from a CD while booted from your hard drive, and an alias for the specific application or module that was run was created in the Norton Application Aliases folder.
To solve this problem, throw away the Norton Application Aliases folder that is located in the Preferences folder in the System Folder on your hard drive. The next time you run Norton AntiVirus the Norton Application Aliases folder will be recreated with the appropriate aliases. After throwing away the Norton Application Aliases folder, restart, and you will no longer be prompted to insert the CD.
