Because there is no straightforward way to allow file sharing without allowing anonymous access to your machine, you should turn file sharing off. 

Turn Off File Sharing

1. From the Apple menu, choose System Preferences.
2. In the System Preferences window, click Sharing.
3. Remove the check from:
4. • Personal File Sharing
   • Windows Sharing
   • FTP Access
     
     
     
     
5. Close the System Preferences window.
