I assume full responsibility for payment of a $10.00 initial
fee and a $2.00 monthly charge.
Although all room occupants are considered to be jointly and individually
responsible, I understand that I will be the person contacted on
all billing matters.
I further agree to pay these charges, which will appear on my monthly
bursar bills, according to the terms of the bursar billing system.
I understand that failure to pay these charges may result in sanctions
including, but not limited to, withholding of my grades, diploma,
or transcript.
