Rates are shown as per minute charges in dollars, cents, and tenths of a cent.

Examples: Afghanistan's rate is 1.365, which is one dollar, thirty-six and one-half cents per minute.
  Bermuda's rate is 0.235, which is twenty-three and one-half cents per minute.
