Whether in communications, teaching and learning or growth of Internet, social networking has emerged as perhaps the premier application in the World of Web 2.0. Since wherever technology goes, law and policy are sure to follow, here are some thoughts and reflections about the appropriate and creative use of these applications and the development of on-line identities in the higher education environment.
