Prorated Fees Began April 2, 2007
On April 2, 2007, CIT began prorating the monthly fees for voice and data services. Fees are now assessed based on when services are begun or ended. (In the past, CIT charged the full monthly fee regardless of the start date.) CUTV fees are not prorated, per our vendor contract.
Work Order Fee
Starting April 2, 2007, orders for voice and/or data services requiring field work are charged $5.00 per move, add, change, or disconnect (MACD) request.
