Duplex Printing Details:

The CIT Public Computing Labs now offer duplex printing in all CIT Public Computing labs. This is available only on the black-ink printers and not on the color printers.

To print on both sides of the page, you need to do the following steps:

When you want to print a document, open the file first
Choose File > Print
Select a black-and-white printer in the lab (one without "Color" in the name)
Click Properties/Preferences/Appearance > Layout tab > Select the "Flip on long edge" option

Note: The cost is 9 cents per side of a page (the same as a single-sided printing in the CIT Labs) & 18 cents per sheet when printing on both sides.
