Kerberos Error -20038

Problem: I get an error which reads: Cannot Communicate with Kerberos: Error -20038.

Solution:

This is a problem with your Kerberos ticket. You will need to close your Kerberos ticket, and then try the service again.

This error occurs because your IP address differs from the the Kerberos server's record of your IP Address. This could occur if you are on a modem and were disconnected while your Kerberos ticket was open and then tried to access a Kerberized service. This could also occur if you are using any type of service which gives dynamic IP addresses, such as DHCP.

***Note, if you are trying to use services that use SideCar, you will also need to quit and re-open the SideCar application.
