Problem: I can not register for RedRover using Windows CE on my PDA.

Solution:

The registration process for RedRover requires SideCar. SideCar is not available for Windows CE. However, you can still register your handheld device's wireless card by entering its wireless hardware address in the Register your handheld device link on the Red Rover website.
