Before contacting us via phone, e-mail or visit, please have the following information ready so that our consultants will be better able to assist you:

  1. Exact text of error message (if any)
  2. Make and model of computer
  3. Amount of memory (RAM) installed
  4. Operating system and version (e.g., Windows XP Home, Mac OS X)
  5. Make, model, and speed of modem or Ethernet card
  6. Type of modem (internal or external and, if external, type of connecting cable)
  7. History of problem (i.e., first time, always happens, occurs only if you do something else first)

Appointments: Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Holidays:

The HelpDesk is closed on Labor Day.

The HelpDesk is open during Fall Break.

The HelpDesk is closed during Thanksgiving Recess.

The HelpDesk is closed on New Year's Day and during the preceding week.

The HelpDesk is open during Spring Break.

The HelpDesk is closed on Memorial Day.

The HelpDesk is closed on the 4th of July.

Exceptions:

During the Fall 2007 Semester the Contact Center will close at 5 p.m. for staff meetings on the following dates:
