Work-Around for Macintosh OS X

Some people find that they can't access the directory using Macintosh OS X and the Safari browser. If you get a Server Error, try this work-around:

• In System Preferences, open the International pane.
  
  
• Click on the Language tab.
  
  
• Click the Edit button.
  
  
• Remove the checkmarks from all languages EXCEPT English.
