Managing Your Subscription

Your Password

(This information is the same for ResNet subscribers and Faculty & Staff subscribers.)

You select a password when you subscribe to CUTV. If you use your computer to watch CUTV, you will be prompted to enter your password the first time you start up the SmartVision player.

Note: some "cookie-cleaner" Windows utilities can delete the file that stores your login information. If you use one of these utilities or manually delete cookies, you may be asked to log in again.

If you have forgotten your password, or would like to change your password:

  1. Go to the CUTV Account Management page.
  2. Choose I'd like to view or edit my CUTV subscription information in the drop-down box.
  3. Click Proceed
  4. Click on the link in the Password line.
  5. Type in a new password (twice) then click Proceed.

 

Billing

ResNet Subscribers

Your monthly CUTV subscription fee will be billed to your Bursar account each month. Your equipment deposit will be billed to your Bursar account when you activate your equipment. Your account will be credited upon return of your equipment to your assigned service center and cancellation of your subscription.

Faculty & Staff Subscribers

Your monthly CUTV subscription fee will appear on your telecommunications statement.
