red bulletRequesting Reports about Your CIT-Managed Network Devices

Troubleshoot network problems by taking advantage of NOC-generated reports about the overall health of your network and its traffic volume. Your network hub or concentrator is polled periodically and the information is placed in a report available via the web, together with other tools, you can use these reports to pinpoint the source of trouble on your LAN.

To arrange for reports on your network, send e-mail to noc@cornell.edu. In the body of the e-mail, provide your name and the IP addresses of the subnets for which you would like to see reports.
