Cornell Network Registration Forms

Network users will use these forms to register devices such as laptop or desktop computers, printers, and handheld devices on wired or wireless networks that are set up for self-registration.

Students who subscribe to ResNet will not need to use these forms.

If you need help registering your device, consult your network administrator.

• Terms and Conditions
• Configuration options selected by the network administrator determine which of the following alternatives will appear after the Terms and Conditions page:
  • Verification alternative #1: Registration only
  • Verification alternative #2: Registration with IP address
  • Verification alternative #3: Registration with IP address and choice of hostname
  • Verification alternative #4: For a PDA or other device where the user has entered the MAC address
• Confirmation page

• Verification of PDA registration
