E-Lists of Interest to Technical Support Providers
E-lists (or mailing lists) are an important tool for keeping in touch
with other technical support providers, and they also offer a forum to
discuss and get help with technical issues.
To subscribe to an e-list, simply send the command
join
to listname-request@cornell.edu,
where listname
is the full name of the list. For example,
net-admin-l-request@cornell.edu
To submit a request to join a "closed" e-list,
send an e-mail to owner-listname@cornell.edu, where
listname is the full name of the list.
For more information on e-lists, see the Lyris ListManager pages.
