I cannot use or see mailboxes created on the server for IMAP

Problem: I can't see or use mailboxes that I've created on the server for IMAP using another mail client. What should I do?

Solution:

If you created a mailbox in another program, to get it show up, you have to perform a resynchronization. To do this, highlight "Dominant" and click the 4th to 5 icons at the bottom of the Mailboxes window (the one that looks like an envelope with a wire attached to it). This will ensure that everything on your computer is the same as on the server.
