Problem:
Why does some email I receive seem blank showing only the header?
Solution:
This happens because the sender is using an email program which encodes the email in a format your email program does not understand.
If you press the "blah, blah, blah" button in the upper right hand corner of the mail window,
the text will appear.
If you continue to have problems, it might be due to a problem on the mailbox server. If you know how to use Travelers Mail, check it to see if the entire message appears. If the whole message is visable, then it is most likely a problem with your Eudora. If Travelers Mail does not show the whole message, then you may need your mailbox "rebuilt". Please contact the CIT HelpDesk for further information about mailbox rebuilding.
