Problem: Eudora is telling me to click the "Fetch" button to download an attachment. Where is the Fetch button?

Solution:

The Fetch button which downloads the remainder of a message including attachments is located towards the top of a message window towards the right side. It looks like a small down arrow. After you click the down arrow, the next time you check your mail, the remainder will be downloaded. If you wish to delete the attachment, you can click the trash can icon next to the Fetch button.
If the message does not download in Eudora, you can try to use WebEmail to download the attachment.
