Problem: Eudora could not be opened because of an error type -199.

Solution:

This means that Eudora has not been fully downloaded. To fix this, delete the Eudora f folder in the Bear Access f folder of your Hard Drive. Then, either attempt to access and Eudora in Bear Access or reinstall Eudora from a Bear Access CD.
