The instructions on this page only apply to people with all three
of the following:
-
Windows (not Macintosh)

- In the Category scroll area at the left of the Options
window click on Incoming Mail.
- If your Server configuration is set to POP, stop

the entry in the IMAP Mailbox Location Prefix to
INBOX.
(You must type all upper case AND include the period at the end.)
- Click on OK.

change this setting for each personality.

- Choose Properties from the dropdown menu.
- Click on the Incoming Mail tab.
- Set the IMAP Mailbox Location Prefix to
INBOX.
