Cornell Information Technologies supports several ways for you to access your e-mail.
Thunderbird |
On your "home-base" computer, we recommend you use Thunderbird, which has all the features and tools you need manage your e-mail communication.
Eudora |
We continue to offer Eudora, which has been popular at Cornell for several years, but whose development seems to be lagging. Unless you're already using Eudora, Thunderbird is probably a better choice, especially if you're using IMAP. (What's IMAP and what's my other choice?)
uPortal.Cornell
|
WebMail and uPortal.Cornell are web-based solutions, which means you don't need to install any software to use them. This is useful when you are using a public computer, or borrowing a friend's to check your e-mail.
