Contacting an E-list Administrator (Lyris)

If you have questions or comments about a particular list, you should contact the list administrators.

Address your e-mail to

owner-listname@cornell.edu

where listname is the name of the list you are writing about. For example:

owner-cit-alert-L@cornell.edu

(All Cornell e-list names end with a hyphen and the letter "L". Don't forget to include these!)

As a list member, it's up to you to distinguish between different kinds of communication, and to send each to the right address:

• Messages to be distributed to the list (posts) go to listname@cornell.edu
• Messages for the list administrators go to owner-listname@cornell.edu
• Commands to Lyris (to join, leave, or change your list settings) go to listname-request@cornell.edu
