If you are experiencing difficulties outside normal business hours, and you are certain, after reading the troubleshooting and FAQ pages, that your computer settings are correct and connection issues are not being caused by a hotel network configuration, and no problems are reported on the Status of CIT Services page, you can verify whether the VPN service is running properly by contacting the Network Operations Center (NOC):

NOC staff members cannot provide individual support service. They can only verify whether the VPN service is functioning and forward your query to the appropriate support staff members to address during business hours.
