Computer hardware, software, and drivers up-to-date?

Some of the more common causes of difficulties using RedRover are out-of-date network interface card drivers; operating system problems; and wireless card problems. Start by making sure your operating system software is current by running Windows Update on PCs with Microsoft Windows, or by running Software Update on a Macintosh. If your problem persists after updating your system software, you may still be able to resolve the issue yourself with the help of your computer or wireless card manufacturer's support pages, or you may need to have your computer checked by a professional technical support service.
