Calendar version 9.04

Oracle Calendar allows you keep track of your to-do list. To start using Oracle Calendar to do this:
- You can access your task list in two ways:
- Click File, and from the menu, select Tasks and then Open...
- The next window will display your name. Click OK.
Or
- Click

- A window similar to the one below will open.

- In this window you can create tasks by entering the title of a task in the box labelled New.
- After you have entered the task name, hit enter or click the checkmark icon

- To add more details to the task, either double-click the task or
- Windows: right click, and select Edit Task.
- Macintosh: click while holding down the control key, and select Edit Task.

- Under the General tab, you can set the various date related details of the task (start date, completion date, percentage complete, etc.), see illustration below.

- Click the Details tab.
- Under this tab, you can add more information about the task, and attach relevant documents.
- Click the Reminders tab.
- Under this tab, you can choose whether to have reminders.
- If you choose to have reminders you can set the type of reminders you would like and whether you would like reminders for the start date and/or the due date.
- When you have finished setting the information for the task, click OK.
- In the main Tasks window, you can select which tasks you would like to view by selecting the View menu, then Show, and selecting the Task view you prefer (see illustration below).

- To work on another person's tasks
- Click File, and from the menu, select Tasks, then Open As Designate....

- If you are a designate for more than one person, all the people whose tasks you have access to will be listed. Select the agenda you would like to work on and click OK.
- If you are a designate for only one person, that person's tasks will open as soon as you select Open as Designate....
- You can now begin making changes.
