F-Keys do not work in CornellC

Problem: When I press an F-Key in CornellC, the computer tells me the F-Keys can be used to open Applications, etc. or the computer opens an application.

Solution: Mac OS 9 and higher have an option to use the F-Keys as Hot Keys which open any application or document. To have the F-Key work in CornellC, you need to open the Keyboard Control Panel from the Apple Menu, and click on Function Keys. Then, turn on Use F-Keys as Function Keys (if you are running Mac OS 9.1, you need to turn off Use F-Keys as Hot Function Keys.).
